Telecom CLM, is configured as a regional telecommunications operator ensures global access and dissemination of new technologies to all citizens and businesses of this autonomous region. The operator Castilian Mancha offers telecommunications services to all local actors, regional and national operating or intending to operate in Castilla-La Mancha.

It is working under a philosophy of sharing communications resources and infrastructure, while minimizing environmental impacts and reducing the costs of implementation and deployment of new and existing operators.

Telecom CLM also supports the different administrations of the Community for the implementation of telecommunications projects, while supporting the orderly development of telecommunications networks in the region.
